Aerobics

A cardio-vascular workout to music, which will improve your general level of fitness as well as increasing your stamina, co-ordination and flexibility.

BodyAttack

The ultimate cardiovascular challenge, encouraging you to reach the limits of your endurance. With no complicated moves to master, BodyAttack will suit all. Get fit, stay fit and get fitter!

Body Combat

Kick and Punch your way to fitness with this energetic martial arts based workout. A rewarding class for all who participate.

Body Balance

Body Balance is a dynamic yoga based stretch programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.

BodyPump

The fastest way to get into shape! This is a workout conducted to music using barbells with adjustable weights. Pre-choreographed moves are performed to hi-octane uplifting music, systematically working the whole body. An easy format to follow which requires no co-ordination, so is suitable for everyone.

Body Conditioning

Resistance exercises that concentrate on muscle tone more than cardiovascular work. Handweights are used in some of the more advanced level classes.

Circuits

A great combination of cardio-vascular work and floor exercises at various stations to raise your general fitness level and increase your strength, stamina & flexibility.

Fit Fifties

A gentle cardio-vascular workout to increase fitness, stamina & flexibility.

Hatha Yoga

A physical form of Yoga that involves stretching and relaxing to improve flexibility and balance as well as giving you more strength and energy.

Nike Rockstar Workout!

NRSW [Nike Rockstar Workout] is a dance based fitness workout designed by celebrity choreographer Jamie King. Time to leave your inhibitions outside and learn to dance like a Rockstar in this fun and uplifting class!

Pilates

Focusing on core posturing muscles to stabilise and strengthen through breath and mental relaxation.

Step & Stability

This class combines the traditional step classes, involving stepping on and off a rigid plastic block, with stability ball exercises. Ideal for developing stamina and core stability and strength, it's a fantastic hybrid class for those looking for something a bit different.

Urban Funk

Have fun and get your groove on! A hip-hop dance class for all levels where you will learn the coolest moves on the block!

RPM [Spin]

A fun, athletic cardiovascular cycling workout to lively & energetic tunes, guaranteed to get you on a high and wanting more. Dont delay, ride the calorie killer now...burt be warned - its addictive!

Step

This popular form of aerobics incorporates stepping on and off a rigid plastic block. The step can be raised to increase the intensity of the workout - great for general fitness, stamina and co-ordination.

Yoga

This hindu discipline will increase your physical flexibility and give you a relaxed and focused mind. It is a valuable supplement to any fitness programme.

Power Yoga [Ashtanga]

A dynamic form of Yoga. A combination of breathing and postures, it develops strength stamina, flexibility and co-ordination.

Studio Aqua Classes in the Pool

Aquaerobics

A cardiovascular and conditioning class, based in the pool, which uses the resistance of the water to improve muscle strength and tone, while placing minimium impact on the joints. This is great for those with injuries and in recovery.

Aqua Natal

Under the guidance of a fully qualified midwife who is an RSA qualified instructor in ante-post natal excercise. Join us from the start of your pregnancy to the big day!

Deep Water

Deep Water is based in the deep end of the pool, with the aid of a body floatation belt. This class will improve muscle strength and tone with minimium impact on the joints. Ideal for those with injuries.
